Earthworks Hub

To consolidate in one location the necessary technology and human resources to produce farming inputs that reduce costs, increase self-reliance, and improve the health of soils and communities.

Each EWH functions to support a cooperative community of farms, promoting real stewardship of land and the sharing of profits. Pyrolysis technology will be leased to EWHs at a very low cost, ensuring that local farmers will be able to sustain their hubs. Earthworks will use any carbon credits generated to support each EWH.

Additionally, an EWH can be vertically integrated into larger farming operations, reducing reliance on increasingly expensive synthetic inputs and avoiding the diminishing returns associated with conventional farming practices.

Each EWS provides:

  • Pyrolysis Machines: producing biochar, wood vinegar, and syngas (the “Products”).

  • Education and Training: ensuring proper operation of the machines and proper storage and utilization of the Products.
  • Utilization of Rock Dust: formulation in combination with biochar and compost.

  • Biological Education: hands-on education about the Soil Food Web and practical application of biological formulations.

Regenerating Soil

The purpose of an Earthworks Hub (EWH) is to consolidate in one location the necessary technology and human resources to produce farming inputs that reduce costs, increase self-reliance, and improve the health of soils and communities.

Pyrolysis technology will be leased to own EWHs at a very low cost, ensuring that local farmers will be able to sustain their hubs. Earthworks will use carbon credits generated to support each EWH.

Tech
Support

The proactive approach taken by Earthworks not only maximizes the functionality and benefits of pyrolysis technology but also ensures a sustainable and profitable operation for our clients. By addressing the common barriers to effective use, such as inadequate setup and lack of training, Earthworks helps to reduce any downtime on machine and help the customer have the necessary tools and education to properly maintain the reactor and facility in general.

Marketing & Branding

Our strategy focuses on branding carbon-capturing regenerative crops and products from our Earthworks Hubs (EWHs).

Earthworks employs innovative branding techniques to establish recognized and trusted brands in a sector traditionally lacking verified regenerative practices and supply chain tracking.

Utilizing our entertainment network and social media AI outreach to directly promote agricultural products involves blending reality-based streaming series with ongoing exposure of adventure and lifestyle elements to broader audiences.

Branding Expertise

Our team has demonstrated great success in branding new product lines and growing large corporate entities with new spinoffs. This allows Earthworks and New England Biochar to accelerate production of a continuous feed machine.

Localized Brand Development

We focus on creating locally derived national brands for our products, including biochar, wood vinegar, and biological formulations. This strategy supports the branding for retail markets and extends to marketing and branding crops and food products like cacao and coffee in Colombia, ensuring they are recognized as top-tier carbon-capturing, regenerative organic products suitable for export or local markets.

Biochar

Сreated through a pyrolysis process, whereby biomass is thermally converted in the absence of oxygen into a stable carbon.

Wood Vinegar

A byproduct of the pyrolysis process, derived from the condensation of vapors released during the thermal decomposition of wood.

Biologicals

We have developed a proprietary suite of biopesticides and bio stimulants. Formulated to have minimal adverse effects on beneficial soil microbes.

Rock Dust

Represents a powerful tool in the modern farmer’s arsenal, offering a sustainable and effective way to improve crop yields.

Syngas

During the pyrolysis process, Syngas is created by the vaporization of volatile compounds from the raw material.
